Who's behind this
We measure things for a living. This is the funnel door.
Signed Up, Never Seen is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.
Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. The finding behind this door is the one our attribution work proves over and over: engagement that goes quiet isn't dead — it's unattended. In thirteen months of a live business's traced records, re-engaged quiet threads closed at 67%, better than fresh ones, while a third of all threads silently lost their next step wherever no system owned it.
Event funnels are that finding at its most visible: a literal list of people who raised their hands, processed by a funnel that mostly exists as hope. The stages are few, the fixes are known, and almost nobody measures — so this door does.
What we can show you
- The measured findings — the numbers on this site come from a real engagement's records (anonymized; it's their data, we did the measuring), labeled as such, because honesty about evidence is a habit.
- A working demo of our measurement dashboards on realistic fictional data — email for a walkthrough link.
- This site's own machinery — the assessment, scoring, report and booking are systems we built and run. And notice our own funnel: three follow-up emails, band-matched, ending on schedule. The discipline we sell, practiced on you.
The rules we work by
- Estimates are labeled estimates. Measurements carry timestamps. The difference is the product.
- Prices are published. $500 discovery, builds from $2,500.
- No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo team, no statistics we can't source.
- The AI is named. Report analysis is written by Claude, an AI model, from your answers — it says so in every report.
